Golden Spike Speedway07/20/2008
Bad luck has struck us again at the spike. Started the heat in eight place. On lap two we were in 5Th. When a caution came out. On the restart I felt something break in the rear of the car. We had no forward bite. The drive shaft was rubbing the drive shaft hoop. We ended up breaking the pull bar shock mount out of the frame. Try it again next time.

The track was like racing in a corn field. It was so rough. We manged a 4Th in the heat. Started 10Th in the feature. With in 3 laps was in 5Th when we got spun out. Won't forget. Restarted in the back an slowly moved forward. We manage to finish 5Th. Then we found out are right front shock was blown. So the car wasn't working that well.

Caho racing is making changes for the coming week07/07/2008
We raced at cedar lake an the car was not working at all. We had to cut off the old suspension mounts an put new ones on the rear of the car. We couldn't get the car to get up on the rear bars. So with some changes last week. It was a lot better as you can see in the results. We are making more changes this week to. It will be a total new car for us as we are changing it again. We are determined to get this car working here soon.

Sunday at the SandBox 03/30/2008
With a lot of things to fix, my awesome crew, Josh, Mikey, and our newest member Pat, got to work.. Started the morning out early because we had to put all new front end pieces on the car to be able to make it in the race. Plus fix both bumpers on the car. Then we had to reset up the front end. Thanks guys. Well hot laps went really well. We were the fastest car out there. The guys did there job. To start the night I drew a 13. So we started the heat 5th. Third row inside. After lap 6 I was in second. Caught the leader, and lost by about a car length at the line. I do believe that one more lap would have given us the victory. The redraw for the feature was a 9. Not a good number. That put me in the 5th row on the inside. With all the fast guys up front, this was a good race. At the drop of the green I was able to get by two cars and chased down the front group. I made an awesome pass on Tim Brockhouse going into 1 and 2 on the outside for 6th. I was able to make it to the fourth position until a lapped car helped us ride the whole front stretch wall bringing me back to the 9th position. With a few laps to go we managed to finish 6th. Not the best showing for RCJ Motorsports. But as everybody says, the fastest car doesn’t always win. Every body in the stands says we were the fastest car of the weekend.

Saturday Night at the SandBox in Cedar Lake03/29/2008
After winning the heat race we had to start the feature outside row number 2. We were in second by lap one was over played with the leader in lap traffic. On lap 11 toke the lead off of turn 4 when we were taken out by the guy I just passed for the lead. We hit the wall pretty much head on. We were done for the night. We put new tires on the car for the night. What a million dollar difference. In hot laps the car was awesome. So to start the night of we drew a 17 pill. So that started us on the outside front row of the 3rd heat. We overtook Tim Brockhouse for the lead to win the heat. It was a very close heat race. Tim trying to make a last pass effort on the outside on turns three and four, but wasn’t able to get it done. The redraw was a 4. So in the feature we started outside 2nd row. Rite behind Nelson Stewart aka(Tony Stewarts Father). Drop of the green coming off of 2 I was in second. We caught lap traffic by lap 4. I was way faster than the leader just taking my time to make the right move. On lap 11 I found the rite time to over take the leader. We were able to pass him on the bottom off of turn four. When he decides he didn't want me to pass him he turned left right into the rear bumper of the car and turned us sideways head on into the wall on the front stretch. We were done for the night. The front clip was bent an all the right front suspension parts were wrecked.
